Quick & Easy After Workout Frozen Berry Almond Milk Mason Jar Smoothie

This smoothie Idea is perfect for summer!

I love making smoothies after my stay at home workout. Since we are still battling Covid-19, We need to find ways to remain active. After your workout of choice make sure to do your cool downs and what better way to do so that with an ice cold smoothie.
Ingredients
•Mason Jar (For holding the delicious smoothie after you blend it)
•1 Cup of Frozen Berries
•1 Cup of Almond Milk
•Spinach (Handful)
•Protein Powder (1 Scoop)
•1 Cup of Ice
•8 oz of Water
Combine the ingredients above in a blender and consume 15-20 minutes after your workout.
