I love bell peppers, you guys must know that about me by now haha! This recipe is perfect for a quick summer dinner meal. The colors are vibrant and the food is easy to make. You can stuff bell peppers with pretty much anything. Rice, cheese, ground turkey, black beans. Anything is possible. Check out the recipe below and the items I used to make this!

INGREDIENTS:
•1/2 Pound of ground Turkey (Depends on how many you're making)
•3 Large Bell Peppers (cut them in half to make 6) or leave them whole by cutting off the top
•1/2 extra Bell pepper for dicing into the raw meat mixture
• 2 Large Onions
•4 Cloves of Garlic (minced)
• Cooking Oil of your choice

Seasoning(Optional)
•1/2 TSP Garlic Powder
•1/2 TSP Onion Powder
•1/2 TSP Complete Seasoning
•Salt (to taste)
•1/2 TSP Black Pepper
•1/2 TSP Cayenne Pepper
•1 TSP Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions:
Step 1:
•Heavily season your meat of choice with black pepper, salt, complete seasoning, garlic powder & red pepper flakes. Chop up all of your veggies. It's best to dice them so that it all cooks evenly for this one. When chopping up your garlic its best to mince them or if you like large pieces you can chop them coarsely. Add the chopped veggies--> onions, bell pepper, Chopped garlic and seasonings to the RAW MEAT mixture. Let the mixture sit for about 20 Minutes so the flavors really penetrate the meat.
Step 2:
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Then begin to Cook ground turkey mixture in a cast iron pan or whatever pan you have. Do this step while the oven is preheating. Make sure you add a little cooking oil to the pan and that turkey gets nice and brown and that the onions and diced bell peppers inside cook well.
Step 3:
•Begin by cutting the bell peppers in half or if you'd like you could leave them whole and cut the top off. It's up to you.
•Make sure you devein the bell peppers (cut out all of the white veins and seeds)
•After you grab a baking sheet or any oven safe tray. Drizzle some cooking oil over the cut bell peppers then begin to stuff them with your meat mixture.
Step 4:
Bake your bell peppers for about 15-20minute or until brown and roasted. Add your garnishes like cilantro or parsley whatever you like. Now Enjoy!
